TURBINE BLOWERS /EXHAUSTERS

INDOVAC offers Regenerative Turbine Blowers / Exhausters and Side channel Blowers a tailor-made solution for desired applications. It works dynamic compression by transforming flow energy into pressure energy. The features are compact and vertical shaft design integral silencer and suction mask, free of wear and tear mainteanance by non-contact operation. The pumping medium is not contaminated.

MONOBLOCK BLOWER FOR PRESSURE APPLICATION

These Rotary Sliding Vane Blowers are Specially designed for intermittent pressure applications for agitation for resins in mixed bed deionisers / water treatement plants.

ROTARY VANE OIL SEALED HIGH VACUUM PUMP
High Vacuum Pumps are available in Single & Double stage with directly coupled to motor flange or with V-Belt driven. Directly coupled to motor flange of the pumps are compact in size, evenly balanced with exceptional size to performance ratio. V-Belt driven pumps are supplied with air or water cooled jaket. Available in various capacities.

LIQUID RING VACUUM PUMPS / EXHAUSTERS

INDOVAC Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps are positive displacement type, the shaft mounted multibladed impeller is located eccentrically in the stator. It is supported by antifrictional bearing at bearing housing on either ends. Service liquid is introduced in to the pump through the control valve. Due to the Rotation of the eccentrically mounted multibladed impeller, service liquid thrown towards the periphery of the stator, thus forming a sealant ring. The service liquid functions as a sealant and coolant as well. In this continuous operation suction cycle is initiated.

Diaphragm Type Vacuum Pumps

DIAPHRAGM TYPE VACUUM PUMPS

These Pumps are for Vacuum & Pressure applications. Portable, Oil free, noiseless made of special graded aluminium die castings. Diaphragms are made of special 2 ply nylon reinforced neoprene rubber. Widely used for Laboratory / Pollution control equipment / Material Handling Equipments/ Medical Instruments / Dentist / Gas charging in A.C. / Photographic developing machine / Plastic Welding / Nebuliser / Cement aeration.

ROCKING PISTON VACUUM PUMPS

Indovac has developed indigenously in conformity with the International standard product known as Rocking Piston Vacuum Pumps. These are available in Single & Double Head models. The Pumps are completely dry running hence absolutely no oil at exhaust. All parts are made in Aluminium LM6 grade and Pistons are Teflon or PTFE / Silicon any grade can be made as per requirements.

VACUUM SYSTEMS

System is in combination with Vacuum Booster fitted over vacuum pumps to achieve maximum output. They combine the advantages of fresh oil lubrcated Vacuum pumps with the high suction capacity of Roots Blower. Any range we offer for application such as molecular Distillation / Filtration and general industrial applications.

Maximum flow can be achieved from both the pumps at continued operation. 

EVISCERATION SYSTEM

‘INDOVAC’ innovated and developed indigenously in conformity with the international standard product known as EVISCERATION SYSTEM for our esteemed customer abroad for their applications in recovery process.

PRINCIPLE of the system is to recover any substance from the main product for further process. The system is built in fabricated structure with vacuum pump, motor, automatic valves, pipings, switches and control panel. The capacity of the vessel for collection of the substances is appx.200 ltrs. The vessel is manufactured in food grade SS316.The liquid ring vacuum pump develops vacuum in the vessel. The suction nozzles are by passed through the storage vessel to its connecting point. The suction nozzle functions with vacuum sensor which is connected to foot operated switch on both sides of the unit for dual operation.

We provide hydro/ pneumatic circuit for automatic disposal of the substance to other subsequent processes as may be feasible and the needs of customers.

This system is used mainly in sea food process, pharma industries, chemical applications, distillation and recovery processes in any industries.
